1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Kridtech's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Kridtech provides AI-powered calling and communication services designed to automate customer interactions, lead generation, and marketing campaigns. Our services include:

  • Custom AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls
  • Real-time analytics and call recording
  • Call initiation tools

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Represent a legitimate business entity if registering on behalf of a company

Please note that you cannot change your password or login ID at this time.

4. Pricing and Payment

Kridtech operates on a pay-as-you-go pricing model:

  • Standard pricing is $0.50 per minute for AI calling services
  • You will be charged only for actual usage time
  • Setup fees may apply for custom agent configurations
  • You must add credits periodically to your dashboard to maintain service
  • All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Cancellation and Refunds policy
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services to:

  • Make unsolicited calls that violate telemarketing laws or regulations
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any person
  • Violate any applicable laws including TCPA, GDPR, and other privacy regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

6. Compliance and Regulations

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Kridtech complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • CAN-SPAM Act
  • Local telemarketing and privacy laws

7. Data Usage and Ownership

We will use your data solely to provide our services as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you grant us permission to use this data for service delivery and improvement purposes.

8. Service Level and Uptime

While we target 98% uptime, Kridtech does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We are not liable for service disruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kridtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting your assigned representative or booking a meeting through our website.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kridtech operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Kridtech provides exclusively digital AI calling services. We do not ship physical products. All services are delivered electronically through our cloud-based platform.

Service Activation

Upon successful account registration and payment verification:

  • Our team will begin building your custom AI agent tailored to your specific needs
  • We will notify you via email and phone when your agent is complete
  • Login credentials will be provided (note: password and login ID cannot be changed at this time)
  • Your AI agent will be available for calling within 1 week of placing the order
  • Custom setup fees may apply in certain cases
  • Full platform access is granted after our team delivers your credentials

Onboarding and Setup

While we don't ship physical items, we provide comprehensive onboarding:

  • Credentials Delivery: Login credentials delivered to your registered email and phone number
  • Support: Technical support available via email, chat, and phone

Service Availability

Our services are available globally with the following considerations:

  • Multiple countries supported for outbound calling
  • Compliance with local telecommunications regulations
  • Regional data centers for optimal performance
  • Target service level: 98% uptime

Geographic Restrictions

Some regions may have limited or restricted access due to:

  • Local regulations on automated calling
  • Telecommunications compliance requirements
  • Data sovereignty laws

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your Kridtech account at any time by:

  • Contacting your assigned Kridtech representative
  • Booking a meeting through our website

Effective Date of Cancellation

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You retain access to services until the billing period ends
  • No new charges will be applied after cancellation is processed
  • All active campaigns will be paused at the end of the billing period

Immediate Cancellation

If you require immediate cancellation:

  • Contact our support team for expedited processing
  • Your account will be deactivated within 24 hours
  • Unused time in the current billing cycle is non-refundable

2. Refund Policy

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Service Outage: If our service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may receive a prorated credit
  • Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly, we will refund the erroneous amount within 5-7 business days
  • Duplicate Charges: Accidental duplicate charges will be refunded within 5-7 business days

Non-Refundable Charges

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Usage-based charges for completed calls and services rendered
  • Partial billing periods (we operate on pay-as-you-go basis at $0.50/minute)
  • Service fees after you've begun using the platform
  • Third-party integration costs or custom setup fees
  • Any setup fees charged for custom agent configuration
  • Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact your assigned Kridtech representative and dispute the charge
  2. Our billing team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  3. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

4. Account Data After Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • Your account data is retained for 30 days for potential reactivation
  • After 30 days, all data except legally required records will be permanently deleted
  • Call recordings and transcripts are deleted according to our Privacy Policy
  • You can request an export of your data before deletion (additional costs may apply)

5. Reactivation

If you wish to reactivate a cancelled account:

  • Reactivation is possible within 30 days of cancellation
  • Contact your representative to restore your account with existing data
  • After 30 days, you must create a new account

6. Pay-As-You-Go Billing

Our pay-as-you-go model means:

  • You're only charged for actual service usage at $0.50 per minute
  • No long-term contracts or commitments required
  • Billing is calculated by the minute for call time
  • You must add credits periodically to your dashboard to maintain service
  • Setup fees for custom configurations are separate from the per-minute rate

7. Disputes

If you dispute a charge:

  • Contact us within 30 days of the charge appearing
  • Provide detailed information about the disputed amount
  • We will investigate and respond within 10 business days
  • Resolution may include refund, credit, or explanation of charges
